Overview
Pollstar, “The Voice of Live”, is looking for a Researcher to join our research team to solicit, collect, process and analyze Event, Contact and Box office data in the live entertainment space.
This role pays an hourly rate of $17.50 to $20.00

Responsibilities
- Research new and existing events and realtionships in live entertatinment.
- Maintain, update and preserve the integrity of our database.
- Reconciliation of conflicts in the database.
- Identification and removal of duplicate records.
- Data entry for contact updates and routebook data received via email.
- Customer service for Pollstar Reporters.
- Proofing charts and features for weekly publication.
- Work closely with Department Heads on all tasks related to Pollstar Directory, Boxoffice and Routebook production.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Experience in and a strong working knowledge of the concert business.
- Experience with data entry including self-proofing and interpretation of data.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced aptitude with Excel or other data tools.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- The ability to work on deadline with accuracy.
