Overview

Oak View Group (OVG) is redefining live entertainment through innovation, excellence, and strategic partnerships. As part of this journey, we are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Procurement Operations Specialist with expertise in Coupa to support our procurement systems, processes, and end users. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, ensuring data integrity, and supporting procurement system functionality and user adoption across the organization.

 

This role pays an annual salary of $68,000-$85,000

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Coupa across modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, and Supplier Management.
  • Support day-to-day operations including requisition processing, PO management, supplier onboarding, and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot Coupa-related system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and Coupa support.
  • Assist with new user training, create job aids and SOPs, and support continuous learning across departments.
  • Monitor transactional compliance and process efficiency; recommend improvements and automation where applicable.
  • Participate in testing for new system features, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across procurement-related reporting and dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, AP, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives related to Coupa and procurement processes.

Additional ad-hoc responsibilities will be needed as the program grows and matures, list above is not exhaustive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement operations or systems support; Coupa experience required.
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa platform (preferably multiple modules).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
