Overview

We’re excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, to support us in creating the best experience for our fans. This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments - it involves evening and weekend shifts.

 

This is a seasonal role from April 1, 2026 and will end on September 30, 2026. 


This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00 CAD and is tip eligible.

 

This position will remain open until May 22, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Setup suites area and follows BEO requests.
  • Follow instructions and help coworkers and other departments.
  • Run orders, beverages and trays when needed.
  • Connect with guests and guarantee fans satisfaction with service received.
  • Collect payment for orders, add-ons and end of the day cleaning routine and restocking par levels.
  • This role includes food and beverage service, at times more focused on the beverage side and at times more focused on service of trays and food orders.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Work independently when required using your own initiative.
  • Multitask and prioritize during busy periods, taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world class experience.
  • Food & Bar service experience of a premium hospitality area in a stadium, events arena, festival environment or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Well-mannered and professional appearance.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of work experience in F&B, preferably in sports & entertainment.
  • 2 years of experience in stadiums or live entertainment facilities preferred.
  • Serving It Right certification.
