Overview

We’re looking for Premium Suite Attendants who enjoy working with people, take pride in hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, to support us in creating the best experience for our guests. 

 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the event
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Must demonstrate ability to read, comprehend Banquet Event Orders and uphold service timelines
  • Responsible for full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and sharing the knowledge with the guests in the suite including, ingredients, portion sizes, pricing and preparation.
  • Responsible for recording a guest’s order and relaying to the Suite Captain or Manager.
  • Responsible for observing guests to anticipate and respond to any additional requests
  • Responsible for presenting the guest with the final bill summary and accepting payment as necessary.
  • Assist with post-event breakdown and reset
  • Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
  • Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as related to cash/credit transactions and cash reconciliation.
  • Ability to be reliable, punctual, and professional

Qualifications

  • Fine dining and/or banquet experience in a fast-paced food & beverage environment preferred.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
  • Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
