Overview
We’re looking for Premium Suite Attendants who enjoy working with people, take pride in hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the event
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Must demonstrate ability to read, comprehend Banquet Event Orders and uphold service timelines
- Responsible for full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and sharing the knowledge with the guests in the suite including, ingredients, portion sizes, pricing and preparation.
- Responsible for recording a guest’s order and relaying to the Suite Captain or Manager.
- Responsible for observing guests to anticipate and respond to any additional requests
- Responsible for presenting the guest with the final bill summary and accepting payment as necessary.
- Assist with post-event breakdown and reset
- Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as related to cash/credit transactions and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to be reliable, punctual, and professional
Qualifications
- Fine dining and/or banquet experience in a fast-paced food & beverage environment preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
