Overview
The Premium Runner assists the kitchen and premium attendants by calling out food orders and delivering food orders to the premium pantries. Following the event the runner will clear away any remaining food and dirty dishes to the kitchen.
The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business needs – including nights and weekends.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00 to $18.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities
- Maintains knowledge of the menu and any special items being offered.
- Provides quick, attentive, friendly and professional service to guests and is able to communicate clearly with all customers and staff.
- Responsible for transportation of food from kitchen to suite areas. Ensures that food items are served at proper temperatures and immediately upon availability from the kitchen, as ordered by the customer.
- Responsible for keeping the Suite work areas and equipment clean. Ensures neat presentation of all ordered items, with no spill-over.
- Pre-buses tables and full buses tables when necessary. Responsible for cleaning up remaining food product and equipment after the guests have left.
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
- Maintains a professional and clean appearance.
- Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
Qualifications
- Must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings, if required by state and federal regulations.
- Experience working in a restaurant as a bus person or similar capacity is preferred.
