Overview

The Premium Club Attendant is responsible for delivering an elevated level of hospitality and service to guests within the venue’s premium club spaces. This position supports the setup, service, maintenance, and breakdown of food and beverage areas while ensuring premium spaces remain clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready throughout each event.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00-$18.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests in premium club areas.
  • Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of premium club spaces before and after each event.

  • Set up, maintain, and replenish buffets, food displays, beverage stations, serviceware, and other guest-facing areas.

  • Monitor food and beverage levels throughout service and communicate replenishment needs promptly to culinary and premium leadership.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing buffet and service areas throughout the event.

  • Clear used plates, glassware, napkins, and other items from guest tables and common areas.

  • Reset and maintain tables and seating areas to ensure they remain guest-ready.

  • Assist guests with questions regarding menu offerings, ingredients, and available services, escalating dietary or allergen questions when appropriate.

  • Follow established food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, and responsible alcohol service procedures.

  • Maintain proper food temperatures and handling practices in accordance with company and health department standards.

  • Stock and organize supplies before service and assist with inventory and product movement as directed.

  • Communicate guest concerns or service issues promptly to a supervisor or manager.

  • Work collaboratively with culinary, bar, warehouse, and premium team members to ensure efficient event execution.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with premium hospitality standards.

  • Follow all venue, company, safety, and security policies and procedures.

  • Complete assigned opening and closing duties and ensure the club is properly cleaned, organized, and secured following each event.

  • Perform other event-day duties as assigned by Premium leadership.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, catering, restaurants, hotels, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong commitment to providing friendly, professional, and attentive guest service.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing guest areas.

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.

  • Food Handler and responsible alcohol service certifications required or ability to obtain within the required timeframe.

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to work a flexible event-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout an event.

  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects and assist with event setup and breakdown.

  • Must be comfortable working around food, beverages, and alcohol in a high-volume hospitality environment.
