Overview
We’re looking for Premium Attendants who enjoy working with people, take pride in hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team that instinctively strives to exceed expectations to support us in creating the best experience for our guests.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the event.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders and uphold service timelines.
- Responsible for full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and sharing the knowledge with the guests in the suite, including ingredients, portion sizes, pricing, and preparation.
- Responsible for recording a guest’s order and relaying it to the Suite Captain or Manager.
- Responsible for observing guests to anticipate and respond to any additional requests.
- Responsible for presenting the guest with the final bill summary and accepting payment as necessary.
- Assist with post-event breakdown and reset.
- Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced food & beverage environment preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
- Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner, which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as related to cash/credit transactions and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to be reliable, punctual, and professional.
