Overview
The Premium Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all premium hospitality operations within a designated location or operational area of the venue. The Premium Area Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight across all events within their assigned area, ensuring consistent service standards, staffing execution, and guest experiences. This role serves as a key game-day leader, supporting suite and premium seating operations while coordinating multiple hospitality functions simultaneously. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality, food and beverage service, and team leadership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced event environment. The Premium Area Supervisor is responsible for oversight of the staff, including event captains/supervisors, to ensure event quality is top-notch.
This role pays an hourly rate of $30.00 - $35.00

Responsibilities
- Oversee all premium hospitality operations within an assigned area, ensuring consistency across multiple events and activations.
- Supervise suite operations on designated floors, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational readiness.
- Lead and support front-line supervisors, attendants, and service staff during events.
- Ensure all premium areas meet company standards for service, cleanliness, presentation, and safety.
- Coordinate staffing assignments and monitor labor needs to ensure appropriate coverage for all events.
- Conduct pre-event inspections to verify suites, clubs, and premium spaces are properly prepared for guests.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for issues, escalations, and guest concerns within the assigned area.
- Monitor food and beverage service execution to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with culinary, warehouse, operations, and guest services teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Support training, coaching, and development of team members to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, alcohol service, and company policies.
- Complete post-event evaluations, document operational issues, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout events, proactively addressing operational challenges and supporting staff as needed.
- Coach, mentor, and develop frontline supervisors and hourly team members, providing ongoing performance feedback and training
- Act as Manager on Duty, in your area, during assigned shifts and events, making real-time operational decisions to support business needs.
- Identify operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, premium services, or event operations.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a stadium, arena, hotel, restaurant, or similar high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operations and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event schedules as required.
- Ability to supervise the work of others.
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner, which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Possess a valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation, and product inventory.
