Overview
Under the direction of the Director of Premium, this is a full-time position. The Premium Administrator must work all events at the PHX Arena events calendar, which includes all home games and other events that may arise throughout the season.
This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00-$30.00.

Responsibilities
- Assists with preparations for the new season – including but not limited to training, database review, information management, suites tasting event and data entry for accounts.
- Assists with processing luxury suite/terrace/catering menus.
- Assists with compilation of pre- and post-game/event day notes and reports.
- Works directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish levels of service for game/event day.
- Works with luxury suite members and catering contacts BEO’s for events and services.
- Updates all BEO’s and suite system after all events.
- Attends all BEO meeting to review BEO’s with the catering manager and Chefs
- Works directly with catering/suites managers to create memorable experiences for our guests
- Process all payments for catering events at the conclusion of each event
- Assists with development and compilation of game/event day information.
- Assists with the breakdown and processing of all post-event information.
- Assists with the end of the season processes and beverage pick up program.
- Creation of materials needed by the operations team for events to include, but not limited to, menu tags, signage and BEO packets.
- Responsible for managing the suites and catering email boxes and replying to guests/clients in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Completion of some college coursework, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior food/beverage service experience is required.
- Strong administration skills
- Computer skills are required.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- Prior guest relations/service experience is preferred.
