Overview

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Popcorn Production Attendant to join our team at CFG Bank Arena. As a popcorn production attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious popcorn to our guests while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone. 

This role pays an hourly rate of $16.50 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until July 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pop popcorn using professional popcorn-making equipment.
• Serve popcorn to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized popcorn station.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests with their popcorn selections.
• Monitor and regulate temperature and cooking time to ensure the perfect popcorn consistency.
• Replenish popcorn supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a popcorn popper or in a hospitality role is a plus.
• Knowledge of popcorn making techniques and equipment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift heavy bags of popcorn.
