Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Popcorn Production Attendant to join our team at CFG Bank Arena. As a popcorn production attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicous popcorn to our guest while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.50 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and pop popcorn using professional popcorn making equipment
- Serve popcorn to guest in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized popcorn station
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting gues with their popcorn selections
- Monitor and regulate temperature and cooking time to ensure the perfect popcorn consistency
- Replenish popcorn supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a popcorn popper or in a hospitality role is a plus
- Knowledge of popcorn making techniques and equipment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy bags of popcorn
