Overview
We are seeking a Performance Dining Supervisor to oversee the serving of student athletes, staff and guests in the venue's performance dining areas catering functions. This role must be personable, able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment & assist the Director of Performance Dining with projects including training, inventory and special events.
The Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00 to $25.00

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the serving of meals to student athletes, staff, and guests.
- Responsible for supervising the service of beverages to guests.
- Assisting host with P.O.S. system for student athletes and guests.
- Observing guests to respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed.
- Lead and supervisor hourly FOH performance dining team.
- Supervises the set-up of banquet functions.
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
- Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
- Assures that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to start of event/player feeding.
- Enforces all OVGH policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned by the managers.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS credit transactions and product inventory.
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- At Least 1-2 years’ experience working in a supervisory capacity in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment or applicable education.
