Overview

This Partnership & Premium Services Coordinator is responsible for the overall day-to-day maintenance of client accounts including contract activation and fulfillment, strategic direction and budget for assigned corporate partners.

 

This role will pay an hourly rate between $21.63-$26.44

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall day-to-day account management including contract activation and fulfillment, strategic direction and budget for assigned corporate partners.
  • Manages all partnership deliverables for accounts assigned (i.e. signage, print, promotional, entertainment elements, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that client expectations are met.
  • Accountable for retention as well as one-off and upsell opportunities for new and existing partnerships including contract amendments and extensions.
  • Solicit and activate suite rentals and North Carolina High School Athletic Association Trade show booth sales for property.
  • Responsible for the implementation of branding and activations during event days including digital signage, in-game features and fan engagement activations as per event requirements.
  • Reviews promotional concepts, including evaluation and approval of promotional programs, rules, artwork, and in-market supporting media.
  • Oversees all these aspects internally and externally.
  • Oversees the logistics of all partner hospitality and contractual events.
  • Partner with department Manager to develop and execute exclusive events for current premium members.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with respective accounts and members in order to renew and extend premium seating contracts.
  • Prospect and execute meetings with influential business leaders in the greater Greensboro area.
  • Serve as an additional point of contact for premium clients and liaison for the premium department.
  • Fulfill member requests and questions, providing prompt and professional communication.
  • Assist in managing member agreements and corresponding invoices, including providing updates to contracts, account information and invoices as needed.
  • Support the Suite operation team in setup, suite walks, cold push and all other operational needs required for successful event day execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing department on communications and activation needs for clients.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • College Degree (preferably in Marketing or Sports Management) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in partnership activation or related field including sponsorship sales.
  • Marketing and promotions planning background.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong personnel management, communication, time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. Proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar.
  • Possess high degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Professional image and demeanor.
  • Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Minimal Travel (<10% travel): May be required to travel. Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay away from home for one or more nights.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required.
  • Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs.
