Overview
The Parking Attendant is responsible for controlling/monitoring entry to the Jim Shorkey Parking Garage at PPG Paints Arena for guests, VIPs, and employees.
This role pays an hourly rate of $14.32-$16.00.

This position will remain open until September 5, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Controlling/monitoring entry to the Jim Shorkey Parking Garage at PPG Paints Arena for guests, VIPs, and employees
- Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service
- Monitoring parking garage for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles
- Provide guests with directions and other venue information
- Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
- Ability to maximize number of vehicles per lot
- Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Scan barcodes, QR codes, collect cash and/or coupons for entry and maintain security of cash
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have reliable transportation
- The ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekends
