Overview
The Pantry Coordinator is responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties to the Suites and Suites management team.This is a union position.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $19.15-$23.94
Benefits are per the union agreement.
This position will remain open until June 26, 2026
Responsibilities
- Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry and kitchen in a timely fashion.
- Maintains and performs product inventory.
- Understands menu offerings.
- Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assists with the breakdown of assigned locations at the end of the event
- Assists with the set up of suites functions including linens, dishware, glassware and
silverware, menu cards, preordered beverage, and special request items - Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to learn to operate a register and corresponding system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the events schedules and business needs.
- Required to possess or obtain a valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Card, Tam Alcohol Awareness Card
- Ability to work a flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the events schedules and business needs.
- Required to possess or obtain a valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Card, Tam Alcohol Awareness Card or equivalent certification, and non-gaming work permit (Sheriff’s Card).
- This role may involve performing physical labor and operational tasks in outdoor environments, regardless of weather conditions. The position requires adaptability, endurance, and a commitment to safety while working in both high-heat and cold-weather settings.
