Overview
The Operations Staff will perform a multitude of tasks to include event preparation, event presentations, move-ins, move-outs, and general day to day maintenance or needs. Depending on event schedules, hours of work may be long and varied.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00.

Responsibilities
- Perform general labor as assigned.
- Setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, other event seating, stages, dirt, shavings, etc.
- Assists in conversion duties as assigned.
- Maintain safe work environment.
- Respond to tenants and customers as needed in a professional manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all building property and grounds.
- Follow instructions.
- Work as a team and be able to work independently while completing tasks.
- Actively care for all complex equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of property.
- Maintain organized storage areas.
- May be asked to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts and floor scrubbers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to workdays, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of general maintenance and the ability to learn new skills.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
- Be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal skills, verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and to meet deadlines.
- Ability to climb stairs and lift 50 pounds unaided.
