Overview
The operations staff will perform a multitude of tasks to include event preparation, event presentations, move-ins, move-outs, and general day to day maintenance or needs. Depending on event schedules, hours of work may be long and varied.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00.

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.
Responsibilities
· Perform general labor as assigned.
· Setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, other event seating, stages, dirt, shavings, etc.
· Assists in conversion duties as assigned.
· Maintain safe work environment.
· Respond to tenants and customers as needed in a professional manner.
· Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all building property and grounds.
· Follow instructions.
· Work as a team and be able to work independently while completing tasks.
· Actively care for all complex equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of property.
· Maintain organized storage areas.
· May be asked to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts and floor scrubbers.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Minimum 18 years old.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to workdays, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
· Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
· Knowledge of general maintenance and the ability to learn new skills.
· Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
· Be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal skills, verbal communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and to meet deadlines.
· Ability to climb stairs and lift 50 pounds unaided.
