Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Manager, Premium with strong copywriting skills and hands-on experience in email marketing, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will support the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis across multiple channels, with a focus on delivering compelling and effective messaging to our audience.
This role pays an annual salary of $85,000-$106,000

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
- Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for emails, landing pages, social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials.
Working across systems and teams:
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder).
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to develop and refine marketing messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing of copy and layouts to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in content creation, copywriting, or similar roles
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change management skills. Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
