Manager, Systems Success | Full-Time | OVG Austin Office
Overview
The Manager, Systems Success will serve as the bridge between central systems/processes and local execution. Help local sales, service, and marketing teams adopt best practices; use systems correctly; and translate client feedback into actionable feedback for Sales Performance, Revenue Marketing, and Revenue Systems & Data. Under Sales Performance vertical, the goal is to help all venues and clients achieve optimal revenue to goal success.
This role pays an annual salary of $91,300 - $118,600 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities
- Share best practices across assigned venues and help local teams apply sales, service, marketing, and systems playbooks.
- Support user adoption for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Outreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, reporting, lead distribution, campaigns, and other commercial workflows.
- Partner with Director, Sales on execution and local accountability at assigned venues.
- Partner with Revenue Systems & Data Team to surface recurring system issues, training needs, and process improvement opportunities.
- Help local teams understand how to use central tools without relying on central staff for routine execution.
- Provide practical enablement, office hours, documentation, and follow-up support.
- Act as an early-warning system for adoption gaps, process confusion, or service-model breakdowns.
- Evaluate, operate, and manage the documentation repository for systems use and training to ensure all venues and clients are enabled by the sales systems.
- Fill the gaps needed in executing sales and marketing campaigns related to system set-up and usage.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of successful revenue-generating and/or systems enablement experience, preferably in premium seating, sports, entertainment, hospitality, venue, or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Master's preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics related to sales technology and systems usage and adoption.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms (such as Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales technology tools to manage pipelines, maintain accurate records, and produce performance reports.
- Previous experience in assisting in managing partner success and relationships in a collaborative environment.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
