Overview
The Manager, Premium Sales at CFG Bank Arena will be responsible for driving premium seating revenue at CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, MD tied to concerts and events. The role will be responsible for leasing Suites, Theatre Seats, and Club Seats on multi-year agreements and single night Suite rentals via outbound prospecting, multi-step solicitations involving phone calls and emails, plus virtual and in-person presentations.
This position will be a member of our Premium Sales & Service team at CFG Bank Arena and report directly to the Vice President, Premium at Oak View Group. This role will work closely with other departments at CFG Bank Arena, is an in-person role based, and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
This role pays an annual salary of $80,000-$85,000 and is commission eligible

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate new contractually obligated revenue tied to premium seating through progressive cold-calling, referrals, and leveraging of relationships
- Prepare and execute sales presentations and proposals, arena tours, and private events for prospects in collaboration with CFG Bank Arena & local Premium Sales and Service team
- Prospect and network within the community to bring additional qualified leads to the table
- Rent Suites on a single-night basis for concerts and events throughout the year
- Meet and exceed established monthly/quarterly goals tied to appointments and sales
- Respond to all inbound inquiries from clients in a timely manner
- Enhance relationships with new and existing Premium members to create memorable experiences for clients and share best practices related to specific goals and initiatives
- Represent CFG Bank Arena at local business and community events and act as a point of contact at CFG Bank Arena for influential members of the community
- Assist in executing new member agreements and corresponding invoices, including providing updates to contracts, account information and invoices as needed
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and Outreach sales enablement tool to log all daily activities and follow through on planned interactions with prospects and customers
- Utilize Ticketmater Archtics and SuitePro to process payments tied to premium saeting
- Positively contribute to the sales and service culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all CFG Bank Arena associates across various departments within the organization
- Serve as liaison for clients’ ticketing needs at CFG Bank Arena
- Responsible for the facilitation and administration of special projects such as: updating sales collateral, creating sales campaigns & messaging, etc.
- Work arena & sales events
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of premium sales experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tell the arena’s story to energize prospects and clients
- Highly organized with good time-management/project management skills
- Ability to meet assigned KPI’s and deadlines independently in a high-pressure environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM experience preferred
- Ticketmaster Archtics experience preferred
- High level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain sensitive information and appropriate decorum
- Coachable team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Working Conditions:
Minimal Travel (<5% travel): May be required to travel. Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay away from home for one or more nights.
