Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance across the theatre facility. This includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repairs, and assisting with upkeep of the historic infrastructure. This role reports to the Lead Maintenance Technician.
This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00-$28.00

Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Support event setups and breakdowns as needed
- Maintain maintenance logs and inventory of supplies
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in building or facility maintenance
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
