Overview
The Loge Runner provides ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high volume environment. This role helps fulfil and delivers mobile orders within the Premium Seating Sections of the venue.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $18.50 CAD and is tip eligible.
This is a seasonal role from approximately June 1st 2025- October 15th 2025.

Responsibilities
- Provides quick, attentive, friendly and professional service to arena guests and is able to communicate clearly with all customers.
- Ensures that snacks and drinks are served properly and in a timely manner as ordered by the customer.
- Ensures neat presentation of all ordered items, with no spill-over.
- Maintains availability to work during many peak periods.
- Assists with stocks server station(s) in the clubs when necessary (ice, mixers, cups, napkins etc).
- Maintains high responsiveness to orders and take initiative to capture mobile orders from groups and individuals in the premium club soft seating sections.
- Maintains a professional and clean appearance.
- Communicates with leads in order to improve systems and coordination so that patrons may be impressed by their experience.
- Builds and maintains knowledge regarding menu items offerings so that patron questions may be accurately answered.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment preferred.
- Experience in stadiums as in-seat server or food runner preferred.
- Smart Serve Certification
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking.
- Routine activities require the employee to be able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
- The vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision and close vision.
- Exposed to weather and non-weather related cold temperatures.
- In areas with low levels of CO exposure.
- Wet and slippery floors.
- Pinch points and tight working spaces throughout building.
- Exposed to high noise levels.
