Overview
The Lead Valet Parking Supervisor will be responsible for the staff supervision and management of our valet operations. This individual will observe, report, and carry out day-to-day procedures set forth by the Valet Parking Manager. A person who can provide valuable information and feedback regarding our parking and transportation operations to better assist the Manager & Director with the implementation of procedures would be valuable.
This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00

Responsibilities
- Inspect garage and parking lots several times throughout day
- Work closely with valet manager throughout events to ensure safe and efficient traffic patterns for all guests
- Assist manager with day-to-day valet operations
- Serve as the primary contact in the field to the Valet Manager
- Ensure day-to-day checklists are followed & completed
- Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parking operations
- Perform inventory management
- Assist the Manager by gathering information to respond to guest inquiries and investigate complaints / concerns
- Assisting with the continuous evaluation and adjustment of the pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program
- Oversee onsite valet supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work extended hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call status as needed
- Previous experience in event operations or parking operations is required
- Must be able to legally operate vehicles
- Working knowledge of parking best practices
- Ability to anticipate problems and implement immediate corrective action
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Ability to lead and give clear and concise direction
