Overview
The Lead Maintenance Technician oversees maintenance operations, supervises technicians, and ensures the historic theatre remains safe, functional, and visually appealing. This role coordinates scheduling, prioritizes tasks, and supports capital improvement efforts. Reports to the Operations Manager.
This role pays an hourly rate of $28.00-$34.00

Responsibilities
- Lead and assign daily tasks to the maintenance team
- Conduct facility inspections and develop maintenance schedules
- Perform complex repairs and coordinate outside contractors as needed
- Maintain logs, safety checks, and compliance with building codes
- Mentor junior staff and ensure high-quality work standards
- Assist in planning and executing long-term upgrades and renovations
Qualifications
- 4+ years of maintenance experience, including leadership roles
- Proficiency in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and ADA compliance
- Technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational training a plus
