Overview

The Lead Suite Attendant is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and excellent guest experience within designated suites, often overseeing other suite attendants or staff during events or operational periods. This role combines hands-on service with a leadership component, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. 

 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include supervision and coordination, customer service and hospitality, operational management, and communication and teamwork. 
  • Supervision and Coordination: This involves overseeing and guiding other staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring accurate execution of events.
  • Customer Service and Hospitality: Key tasks include providing exceptional hospitality, greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, addressing concerns, and maintaining a professional demeanor. Knowledge of the menu and advising guests are also important.
  • Operational Management: This covers stocking suites, maintaining cleanliness, replenishing products, cleaning post-event, taking inventory, adhering to alcohol service and safety policies, ensuring asset security, and completing opening/closing duties.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication with staff and supervisors, along with working well in a team, are crucial. 

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience with leadership skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills are also typically required
