Overview
Under the direction of the Concessions Manager, the part-time ID Checker, Alcohol Compliance employee's responsibility is to ID every patron, assuring they are legally 21+ years old, and verify the ID is not fake, expired, and is the actual patron's picture. If they are legal, the compliance officer will then put a band on their right wrist in accordance with company policies. The ID checker will also assist staff with other alcohol-related issues.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.50 to $14.00.

Responsibilities
- ID every patron, assuring they are legally 21+ years old.
- Verifies that IDs are not fake or expired and are the actual patron's picture.
- Puts wristbands on patrons whose IDs have been validated and are 21+.
- Observes and documents any alcohol-related issues.
- Assist with alcohol cut-off and perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Will be responsible for monitoring all employees' adherence to the company policy and state laws.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment, and enforcement procedures preferred.
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends; there is also a chance a show could fall on a holiday (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day being the most likely).
