Overview

We are seeking outgoing, skilled, and service-driven seasonal part-time Host to join our team to work during Jungle Island's Survivor Immersive Experience. The Host will greet and escort guests to proper seating locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance speed, service, and professionalism will help elevate the overall fan experience during every event. Hosts must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

Scheduling for this position may vary depending on event requirements and can occur any day, Monday through Sunday, including daytime and evening hours.

This is a seasonal role from January 20, 2026 and will end on April 20, 2026.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00.

This position will remain open until April 20, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for greeting the guests upon entry
• Check guests purchased tickets and Escort guests to tables and bar seating
• Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels, and communicating to the Resturant Manger of low stock items.
• Responsible for managing both walk in and reservations
• Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work space including but not limited to disposal of garbage & cleaning dishes.
• Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Weekend availability
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 or over
• 6 month or more previous experience prefered
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours.
