Overview
The Host is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests by greeting them upon arrival, managing entry flow, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience. This role sets the tone for service by providing friendly, professional, and efficient assistance at the entrance.
This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00.

Responsibilities
- Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Manage guest entry, including checking reservations, tickets, or credentials as required.
- Provide directions, answer questions, and assist guests with general inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and efficient flow of guests at the entrance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding guest needs or issues.
- Monitor entry areas to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies.
- Assist with crowd control during peak times or events.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism at all times.
