The Guest Service Representative has a key role in providing a memorable experience to every guest through unparalleled service in our exceptional venue.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $16.67.

Responsibilities
- Deliver superior guest service by providing valuable assistance to guests in a professional, responsible, and courteous manner.
- Provide directional assistance by becoming knowledgeable about locations throughout the facility.
- Monitor kiosk supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Complete logs and reports as requested by management.
- Ensure that information available at the Guest Service kiosk is set up and kept in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Log and coordinate lost and found items and our Tag-A-Kid program
- Provide courtesy, respect, and professionalism to all guests and fellow employees.
- Utilize computerized incident management system to log incidents reported through radio traffic
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Excellent problem-solving skills required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work irregular hours including, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff including management
