Overview
The Food & Beverage Lead will set the standard for teamwork/productivity and provide leadership/direction for the assigned stand/event while working alongside their team. They must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The Food & Beverage Lead must maintain excellent attendance and follow/enforce all company grooming/uniform expectations. They must also ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations, follow/enforce workplace safety expectations, and maintain related company standards. As directed, the Food & Beverage Lead will oversee bar/stand/banquet setup/breakdown, monitor inventory levels throughout events, address guest service issues as needed, and complete end-of-day responsibilities, including cleaning and shift reports.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00 and is tip eligible.
This is a seasonal role from May 14th, 2026, and will end on September 2nd, 2026.
This position will remain open until July 24th, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provides direction and training to ensure all standards for guest service and product quality are met for every assigned shift.
- Ensures any related checklists and charts are kept up to date.
- Ensures all products are fully stocked and all equipment is working before doors open.
- Maintains a clean/safe and positive/professional work environment.
- Is the direct contact to the Concessions or Catering Managers regarding any issues or concerns (e.g. Personnel/Staffing, Operations, Product, Guest Service, etc.).
- Assigns/Distributes/Handles/Troubleshoots point-of-sale devices, as needed.
- Maintains productivity standards among team members and takes on additional tasks.
- Trains new & current employees with regard to property procedures & best practices.
- Ensures the work environment is safe and free from harassment or discrimination; immediately addresses all safety concerns, potential hazards, accidents, or incidents. Relays safety/health or other issues to senior management immediately.
- Recognizes guests that are visibly intoxicated and takes action to cut off alcohol to such individuals, as needed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 2-3 years of hospitality industry experience or training required.
- 1+ years of food service leadership experience highly preferred.
- Bartending/Serving or Venue/Event experience a plus.
- ServSafe Food Handler and Alcohol certifications are required (must be able to obtain).
- The employee is frequently required to lift heavy objects.
- Exposed to weather and non-weather-related cold/hot temperatures.
