Overview
The Fine Dining Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional, white-glove dining experience to VIP guests, suite holders, and premium club members at Benchmark International Arena. This role represents the highest standard of hospitality by providing personalized, attentive service in a fast-paced, upscale environment while ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and thrives in delivering elevated, fine dining service. This individual is highly professional, detail-oriented, and committed to creating memorable experiences through exceptional service, anticipation of guest needs, and flawless execution.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.22-$18.27 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional white-glove food and beverage service to VIP guests, premium suite holders, and private dining patrons while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Provide personalized, attentive service by anticipating guest needs, offering menu and beverage recommendations, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable dining experience.
- Set and maintain elegant dining environments, including proper table settings, linens, glassware, silverware, and service stations that reflect fine dining standards.
- Serve food and beverages using proper service etiquette, presentation techniques, and timing to ensure an elevated guest experience.
- Maintain expert knowledge of food menus, beverage offerings, wine selections, and ingredients to confidently answer guest questions and accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests.
- Coordinate closely with culinary, bar, and premium service teams to ensure accurate order execution and timely service throughout each event.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the event, proactively resolving concerns and responding to requests with urgency, professionalism, and discretion.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of all private dining spaces before, during, and after events.
- Observe responsible alcohol service practices and comply with all company policies, local regulations, and alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and replenishment of service items while ensuring premium dining areas remain fully stocked and presentation-ready.
- Build positive relationships with returning VIP guests by delivering consistent, personalized service that encourages repeat visits and guest loyalty.
- Follow all Oak View Group standards for safety, sanitation, food handling, uniform appearance, and guest service excellence.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and flexibility while supporting premium event operations.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to ensure successful execution of premium hospitality services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, country clubs, private clubs, or premium hospitality environments preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Demonstrated experience providing white-glove or luxury-level service with exceptional attention to detail and professional presentation.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and confidently interact with high-profile guests, executives, VIP clients, and premium members.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, table etiquette, wine and beverage service, and food presentation preferred.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs, remain composed under pressure, and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy and exceptional service in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Possess a valid Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Service Permit as required by state and local regulations, or the ability to obtain certification through company-provided training.
- Basic math skills for processing POS transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and balancing receipts.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry heavy objects.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and arena event days.
