Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President of Booking and Content and other senior staff as needed.
This is a primarily remote role with onsite work 1-3 days per week, occasionally increasing to a full week based on business needs. Candidates must reside in the greater Los Angeles, CA area.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $39.00-$45.00

This position will remain open until October 23, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the executive and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of expense reports and reimbursements
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Excels in time management with a track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years supporting senior leadership/C-suite executives, with experience in managing complex, rapidly shifting calendars and travel logistics.
