Overview
As a valuable member of the Event Staff of the Ryan Center team, you will provide customer service to patrons attending all sports & entertainment events held in the Ryan Center, Boss Ice Arena, and applicable events at Meade Stadium.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until August 14, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Taking and scanning tickets
- Assisting patrons in finding their seats
- Providing patrons directions within the facilities
- Monitoring and maintaining surveillance of doorways, entrances, exits or other areas as assigned
- Clearly explaining building policies and procedures to patrons
- Displays a winning, do what it takes, attitude
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service-related position is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff including management
- Ability to work irregular hours primarily night and weekends
- Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
