Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Event Day Barista to join our team. As a Event Day Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee and other beverages. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 to $17.00 and is tip eligible

This position will remain open until December 19, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Stock supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety regulations in the food industry
