Overview

The seasonal Dishwasher/Steward is responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the kitchen and caterings by maintaining cleanliness standards through the operation of dishwashing equipment and sinks, polishing silverware, removing garbage and cleaning of equipment and work areas.

 

The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong management and independent decision-making skills are required.

 

In light of the seasonal and event-driven nature of our business, the position will run from mid- February until the end of March for the Spring Training season, with ability to return when event season begins again next Winter. Schedule varies depending on game time and attendance.

 

This is a seasonal role from February 1, 2026 and will end on April 1, 2026.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $19.00-$22.00

 

This position will remain open until April 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Manually washes all dishes, pots, pans and catering equipment.
  • Stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils and pans after cleaning.
  • Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal.
  • Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition.
  • Ensures high sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition, free of any contamination risk.
  • Utilizes and implements M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Executive Chef and Catering Manager

Qualifications

  • Ability to work an event-driven schedule including weekdays, weekends, morning and evening shifts.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements.
  • Possess valid food handling certificate required by state and federal regulations.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as boxes and equipment.
