Overview

The Role:

The Graphic Designer owns several aspects of design for the Partners Solutions and Partnership Sales Team. They assist with the development and creation of sales materials, proposals (presentations), and evergreen venue design materials for the sales group directly related to current and future venues, support the Partner Solutions team designing partner activations, digital materials and renewal sales materials for corporate partners, and help with any internal meeting presentations. They are responsible for project management of these campaigns, coordinating with vendors and managing a other designers/freelancers when needed.

 

Works closely with the Sales team, Account Management group and Premium Sales and Service to make sure that the workflow is supporting the creative/strategic needs of the project in an efficient way – both effort and time-wise.

 

This role will pay a salary of $65,000 to $70,000.

Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities:

  • Executes innovative design solutions for sales materials/presentations, venue design materials, and partner activations.
  • Responsible for overall project management of campaigns, coordinating with vendors, communicating timelines.
  • Handles assignments from the point of receiving a creative brief through to completion.
  • Works closely with Partnerships Sales and Partner Solutions teams.
  • Collaborates with other departments in the company to ensure creative is consistent throughout.
  • Quality-assures internal assets and works to maintain an organized active and archive drive of projects and files.
  • Works to identify opportunities to develop and implement design systems and templates to maximize efficiency

Qualifications

 

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven branding design experience
  • Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge in and passion for print design, digital design, branding, and typography
  • Strong analytical skills, conceptual skills, and ability to brainstorm
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excels at working in a team environment while also being able to work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once while sticking to deadlines

 

Experience:

  • Years of related work experience: 2+ years design, creative/digital marketing or creative/agency experience required
