Overview
The Corporate Marketing Intern plays an integral, hands-on role within the Corporate Partnerships team at the Ford Idaho Center, supporting the execution of high-impact sponsorships and brand activations across one of Idaho’s premier live entertainment destinations. This position functions as a coordinator across multiple marketing and partnership initiatives, offering real-world exposure to sponsorship strategy, client relations & networking, and event-day execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is eager to contribute across a wide range of projects: from campaign coordination and asset tracking to on-site activation support during concerts, sporting events, and special events. This internship provides a unique opportunity to see how corporate partnerships come to life in a live venue setting, directly impacting the fan experience and partner ROI.
This role requires a commitment of 10–20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. With mutual agreement, hours may include standard business operations as well as select evenings and weekends aligned with event schedules.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.00
This role is expected to last from May 20, 2026 and will end on August 14, 2026.
This position will remain open until July 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on exposure to corporate marketing and sponsorship strategy within a live entertainment venue environment, developing a strong understanding of partnership execution and event operations.
- Support the planning and execution of sponsorship programs, proposals, and agreements under the guidance of the Corporate Partnerships team.
- Participate in sponsorship meetings, partner communications, and internal planning sessions to understand relationship management and revenue strategy.
- Assist with event-day operations, including venue setup, sponsor activations, ticket coordination, and other game-day/show responsibilities that bring partnerships to life.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and partnerships teams to develop and enhance sponsorship and promotional materials.
- Contribute to digital marketing efforts by reviewing performance, identifying opportunities, and assisting in the creation of content and assets.
- Research and identify prospective sponsorship opportunities, supporting outbound partnership development and sales strategy.
- Help manage and maintain relationships with current partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables and upcoming event activations.
- Compile post-event and experiential reports, offering insights and recommendations to improve partnership performance and the overall intern program.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (Junior standing or above preferred); MBA candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, sponsorship, or the live events/entertainment industry, with a proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
- Must have a genuine passion for live music and entertainment, with an enthusiasm for concerts, events, and fan experiences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative in dynamic, event-driven settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking direction while also contributing ideas and solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on event demands.
