Overview
The Concession Worker position greets guests in a friendly and professional manner. They prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
This role will pay an hourly rate of $10.00-$12.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently
- Prepare, package, and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized concession stand at all times
- Restock products and supplies as needed during and after events
- Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures as required by company and health department standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or equipment issues to supervisors
- Assist with the setup and teardown of concession stands before and after events
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Comply with uniform and appearance standards
Qualifications
- Prior food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
