Overview
The Concessions In-Seat Server is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and professional food and beverage service directly to guests within seating areas during games and events. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest service while accurately processing orders, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness and professionalism throughout the event.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
- Provide food and beverage service directly to guests within assigned seating sections during games and events.
- Accurately take and deliver guest orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle cashless transactions and operate handheld POS devices as assigned.
- Maintain strong guest service standards and respond to guest questions or concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, trays, and equipment throughout events.
- Monitor inventory and restock products or supplies as needed during service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines and company policies.
- Communicate operational needs or guest concerns to supervisors and management.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and post-event cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, concessions, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to carry trays, food, beverages, and supplies safely during service.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid alcohol service certification preferred or required based on assignment and local regulations.
