Overview

The Concessions Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a fast-paced golf tournament environment. This role requires excellent customer service, efficiency, and strict adherence to alcohol service regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

This is a seasonal role from February 23, 2026 and will end on June 23, 2026. 

This role pays an hourly rate of $16.50 

This position will remain open until May 29, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and simple mixed drinks quickly and accurately.
• Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests.
• Handle cash and/or POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and concession area.
• Restock beverages, ice, cups, and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Monitor guest behavior and report any issues or intoxication concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and event guidelines.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of concession areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartending or concessions experience preferred (high-volume events is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment for extended periods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25–30 lbs.
• TABC or state alcohol certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and long event hours.
