Overview

The Concessions Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at concession stands, ensuring quick and efficient service while maintaining compliance with alcohol regulations and company policies.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $9.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks quickly and accurately during high-volume events.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and enforce alcohol regulations.
• Process cash and card transactions using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies.
• Ensure proper portion control and responsible alcohol service.
• Engage with customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and reporting shortages.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience, especially in high-volume settings, preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (cases of beverages, kegs, ice bins).
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol as per local regulations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TIPS or similar alcohol service certification is a plus.
