Overview

The Concessions Bartender will perform a multitude of tasks, to include preparing drinks, food items, sales transactions, stocking, cleaning, organization, and general day-to-day maintenance or needs. Depending on event schedules, hours of work may be long and varied.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities

• Setup and breakdown bars and concessions area.
• Prepare drinks and food in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Assists in bar conversion duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Respond to customers as needed in a professional manner.
• Use the point of sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Accurate cash handling.
• Follow instructions accurately.
• Work as a team and be able to work independently while completing tasks.
• Actively care for all equipment and property by cleaning and storing equipment properly, cleaning, and alerting management of any broken equipment or mistreatment of property.
• Maintain organized storage areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a concessions role is a plus. 
• Ability to work days, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge and ability to learn new skills.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and to meet deadlines.
• Ability to climb stairs and lift heavy objects unaided.
