This role pays an hourly rate of $20.50-$21.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures, including state and federal regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wines, and spirits to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size
- Check guest IDs in accordance with age verification regulations
- Communicate cut-off to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as needed
- Request additional products or restock as required
- Maintain issued bank at the bar
- Keep a clean and sanitary workstation, ensuring bar equipment is well-maintained
- Set up and break down bar equipment and assist with organizing the cooler as needed
Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Bartending school preferred
- MAST Certification
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
