Overview
The Concessions Worker prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Utilizes a cash register and accepts payment. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $20.00.

- Prepare and serve traditional VCM beverages at one of our two Beverage Huts
- Customer service in and around SCM’s Beverage Huts
- Utilize POS systems for sales (Knowledge of Square system is an asset)
- Cash handling
- Provide cheerful assistance and to market visitors and guests
- Upsell products and inform guests of unique offerings
- Re-stocking & inventory tracking
- ID checking for liquor service
- Stamp administration and rule enforcement
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Selection Criteria
To be considered for a position, you must:
- Be willing to provide a criminal record check
- Possess a valid Washing State Class 12 Mixologist Permit
- A valid Washington State Food Handler’s Card
- Be willing to stand for long periods of time
- Have the ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Be willing to work outdoors in various climates
- Have an outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality
- Have excellent customer service, time management and communication skills
- Have dedication and passion for Christmas festivities and events
- Be fluent in written and spoken English
