Overview
The Concessions Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring concession stands are properly staffed, stocked, opened, operated, and closed. This role works closely with management, culinary, and warehouse teams to address operational needs and maintain a positive guest and employee experience.
This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00-$24.00

Responsibilities
- Supervise cashiers, cooks, bartenders, stand leads, and other concession employees.
- Confirm staff assignments, attendance, uniforms, and readiness for service.
- Communicate event details, promotions, menu updates, and expectations during pre-shift meetings.
- Monitor concession locations and adjust staffing based on business needs.
- Ensure stands are clean, stocked, organized, and ready to open.
- Support employees during high-volume service periods.
- Monitor food quality, portioning, product availability, and service speed.
- Respond to guest questions, complaints, and service concerns.
- Enforce cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
- Monitor inventory, product waste, and restocking needs.
- Report employee concerns, safety hazards, equipment issues, and incidents to management.
- Oversee closing procedures and complete required checklists and reports.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of previous food service, concessions, hospitality, or retail experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a diverse team.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
- Ability to obtain required food safety or alcohol service certifications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
