The seasonal Cold Stone Crew Member utilizes a register and accepts payment. Prepares and serves Cold Stone items to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation and excellent customer service.

The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong management and independent decision-making skills are required.

In light of the seasonal and event-driven nature of our business, the position will run from mid- February until the end of March for the Spring Training season, with ability to return when event season begins again next Winter. Schedule varies depending on game time and attendance.

This is a seasonal role from February 1, 2026 and will end on April 1, 2026.

This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$20.50 and is tip eligible

This position will remain open until April 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year food service experience
• Experience in motivating co-workers
• A willingness to learn
• POS and credit card transaction experience
• Your own transportation
• Ability to work up to 6 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work an event driven schedule – including nights & weekends
• Able to clearly communicate with customers
