Overview
The Cocktail Server is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and beverages to customers in a bar, restaurant, or event setting. This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring the quality of drinks, managing bar inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $18.00-$22.50 and is tip eligible (per CBA)
Benefits per the union agreement.

Responsibilities
- Mix and serve cocktails and other beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared to a high standard and meet quality control guidelines.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- Keep track of alcohol and other beverage stock to prevent wastage and ensure availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glasses, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste.
- Ensure all bar equipment is functioning properly and report any issues for repair.
- Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages.
- Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to underage or intoxicated individuals.
- Maintain a point-of-sale system and ensure accurate reporting of sales.
- Work closely with other staff members, such as servers and kitchen personnel, to ensure smooth operation and high service standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new drink recipes and service techniques.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the events schedules and business needs.
- Required to possess or obtain a valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Card, Tam Alcohol Awareness Card or equivalent certification, and non-gaming work permit (Sheriff’s Card).
