Overview

The Clerk-Exhibitor Services is responsible for all administrative work within the Client Utilities department prior, during and post show events.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00-$23.00

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Process service orders and adjustments; review for accuracy and payment(s)
  • Handle exhibitor problems and complaints by telephone and in person prior to and during events
  • Develop and maintain communications and coordination with other related departments
  • Maintain a neat and efficient work environment
  • Dispatches last minute orders or electricians or plumbers to address customers' needs and/or concerns
  • Reconcile accounts with show managers/exhibitors and show decorators
  • Other duties as assisgned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or Administrative preferred.
  • Flexibility to work required hours including nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Ability to physically perform the duties required of this position.
  • Capable of oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills including navigating keyboard and number pad, and simple data entry
  • Respond well to direction, able to follow oral and written instruction.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and to follow procedures and policies under pressure and in emergency situations
