Overview
The Golf Tournament Catering Bartender is responsible for providing professional beverage service during golf tournaments and special events. This role ensures guests receive timely, friendly, and responsible alcohol service while maintaining a clean, organized bar area.
This is a seasonal role from February 23, 2025 and will end on June 23, 2026.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $21.50
This position will remain open until April 24, 2026.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to event standards
Verify valid ID and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies
Set up, stock, and break down portable bar stations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas
Accurately handle cashless transactions when applicable
Monitor guest consumption and refuse service when necessary
Communicate supply needs to supervisors and restock as needed
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Assist with event breakdown and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
TABC certification required (or ability to obtain prior to event)
Previous bartending or event experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong customer service and communication skills
Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and extended shifts
Reliable transportation
