Overview

The Catering Attendant is responsible for the set-up, service and clean-up of premium suites & party deck caterings during Spring Training games and other events as needed. If you have catering or server experience and can provide GREAT customer Service, please apply.

 

In light of the seasonal and event-driven nature of our business, the position will run from mid-February until the end of March for the Spring Training season, with ability to return when event season begins again next Winter. Schedule varies depending on game time and attendance.

 

This is a seasonal role from February 14, 2026 and will end on March 24, 2026.

 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.00 and is tip eligible

 

This position will remain open until March 13, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests for all events consistent with premium standards of service.
  • Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders.
  • Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests ensuring that all needs are anticipated and met.
  • Setup and maintain both food and beverage stations in various locations throughout the building consistent with premium standards of service.
  • Maintain inventory for both food and beverage stations.
  • Maintain all event areas and front of house staging areas in a tidy and organized manner.
  • Participate in both setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items.
  • Ability to work independently during slower times.
  • Perform safe work by helping to provide a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • At Least 1-2 years’ experience working in Catering/Events/Service/Food and Beverage preferred.
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
  • Ability to stand, walk (possibly extended distances), bend and climb stairs when necessary
  • Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
